LC Africa is developing a 3,000 square meter, multi-facility office park along the East African coastal region — one of the most extensive modular developments in our pipeline. All facilities are being delivered through our advanced modular construction system, combining container-based units with precision-fabricated modular components to achieve speed, durability, and seamless coordination across the entire build.
Foundation and sub-structure works are currently ongoing. The forward structures utilize container-based modular units, while the main facilities are being built with prefabricated Tetris components, demonstrating the strength, flexibility, and precision of LC Africa’s approach.
